17 foot by 15 foot with a 8 foot tall ceiling. -----HELP!!

Hey guys... I need all the help I can get, I have a room with the demensions of 15 feet wide, by 17 feet long, and 8 feet high. I need to come up with a floor plan for my studio. Is this possible? The room is rectangular. I need to have a ISO booth, Control room, and whatever else you guys think I'll need. Thanks

I like the second design, but I really don't need a live room. I get the recordings from another studio. All I do is add vocals hence (ISO BOOTH) and do the mixing.
