Is this an Electrical problem or something else?

After continuing to document testing at different times of day and weather conditions ect.....I have noticed that the severity of the problem varies quite a bit..... The obvious condition is that RFI is worse at night. I have also noticed that the problem diminishes in rainy weather. Could it be from a source outside the house? If so how would I go about determining that beyond a shadow of a doubt?

Have you tried using a portable AM radio tuned off station (low end of band) to search for noise sources?
