Can slat/slots help with midrange nulls at MIX

wow! Thanks Kendale. This space is used to track instruments as well -Les Paul style. So the musicians would need space to get through past the mixing area into the other area. I would be willing to build a fake wall with slats to the right of mix and angled slats on the left. I wonder if this would fix my mids and higher nulls?

I do have a huge gobo on casters that I place behind the mix area that has cleared up some low end issues. There is only so much I can do since I rent though.
