Hi, I'm brand new here on this forum. the reason I've just registered is that I'm planning to build a studio. The room where I'm planning to build is about 100 square meters but It's only 2.40 meters high.
My question: Is this low ceiling a problem for proper recording (al kinds of instruments and vocals) and iff not, what's the impact going to be on my recordings? The room is about 16m by 7m.
I appologise for my poor english writing and if nessecairy for my question

Your room:
= 16m x 7m x 2.4m = 269 m^3
= 52.5' x 22' x 7.9' = 9125 ft^3
Certainly that's more volume than most people here.
Axial modal frequencies (hz): 10, 21, 24, 32, 43, 49, 50, 64, 71, 73, 75, 85, 96, 98, 107, 118, 123, 129
Room Ratios (H, W, L): 1 - 2.9 - 6.6
(do not fit with Bolt, EBU nor IEC recommendations)
Will you be building more than one room in this space ?
Where is your locatoin (Country, City)?
