been so busy the last two weeks , i made no progress , and couldn't post the rest of the pics , here is where i am now : as i said the ceiling was a hard time , but Done it was ! we made the framing first then left it up and placed it ubove the inner wall

like the walls the booth's ceiling will be a two MDF layers ( 1.5 and 1.8cm ) in the inside and out. having only about 30cm under the existing concrete ceiling , we had to do the above layers first , and placing the double layers in one time as we go pictures :

next was lifting the inner layers i did not know where to fiend a place to rent a drywall lifter , But it was not a problem for the carpenters actually they were clever , they made a DIY Lifter :lol:

wow 6 months passed sence the last post :shock: the good news is , i had some free time to continue with this project i started working with the Door (done) and Window (not yet) the door is based on Rod's super door idea , it is made of a 4.5cm solid core door , with an 18mm plywood attached to it , green glue in between(no sheet lead, it was so freakin expensive :evil: ) sorry i did not take pictures while working on the door , but here are some pics of that finished Super Door :wink:

still i have to finish caulking the sides over that compressed Rockwool . The window frames are done , but the laminated glass i ordered will need three weeks for delivery :roll:
