Hi everyone! I'm looking a less expensive way for floating my live room`s floor. is OCB over expanded polystyrene (telgopor) a bad idea? in case it works... should I construct my walls over OCB or over the telgopor? 3 images attached 3 posible ways... I hope it works... thanks

Please make a case why you feel you need to float your floor/room. You're showing how you intend to float the room using an unproven product (which I suspect would perform very badly, by the way), but you haven't shown how you're going to build your walls. All I see are studs. You could beat all odds and build a perfect floating floor system, but if your walls are (for example) a single layer of thin drywall, it's completely worthless, as your walls won't keep up with your floor. Please do more searches here on floating floors. There are many threads where they are discussed at length, including the myth that they're always necessary. --Keith
