A brand new studio from scratch

Well John, I am about to begin works in that studio in a few days, first the electrician will begin his job in most of the rooms! About the configuration of the rooms, i would have a last technical question: Would it be more efficient, acoustically speaking, to use high ceiling rooms for mixing places, or instead for live recording place? in my case, the room, down the pic in the middle, is higher than the others ! So live room there, or mixing room?? Thank u to u all if you can give me some advice!!
