Hello all,
My first post, and I'm very excited I found this site. :D Forgive me if I haven't done my homework, but I have searched and read for hours on here without finding what I'm after.
I'm about to build a studio, and am wondering if there are full plans available for proven professional designs. I realize there are some posts such as:

But I'm looking to obtain detailed plans that have dimensions, materials, etc., and are known to have excellent acoustical (and other) characteristics. I can't say money is no object, but I plan to "do it right" within reason.
I'm basically looking for something in the 25x45 feet range max (for studio spaces only - office, lounge, bath etc. would be additional). I'm in the mountains of North Georgia, US in a wooded area. There's a neighbor about 75 yards away, and a fairly major 2-lane road about 150 yards away.
Thanks a million! :)
