Garage design?

I'm starting the process of looking at house plans. We hope to start to build by February maybe. Anyway, looking at the plans it seems the common size garage is 21'X21'x10'. Is there any good ideas for a tracking and control room for this small size? (Here's the catch though!) I'll be using it mainly to record guitars, vocals, bass....I don't think I need room for a good drum sound. Basically a large control room and comfortable isobooth(That could fit a drum set). We only think we're going to be in this house maybe 5 years(investment) So...the design would need to be convertable into two sort-a-normal rooms later. I'm planning on using RealTraps as acoustic treament in both rooms. This way I can take them with me easily when we do move. Neighbors will be at least 1-2 acres away so...I don't think noise is a huge deal. Any help and thoughts would be appreciated! Eventually, I'm going to build a 1,000sq' studio, but this will have to do for now. Aaron
Have you thought about reading the threads at the top of the forum identified as stickies? Have you thought about reading this one especially? :D Andre
Thanks for the tip Avare!
Your welcome. As you develop the plan, more specific questions can be answered quite easily. Good studio building is 90% planing and 10% construction. Good luck! Andre
