I was thinking exactly that! My first idea is a big slat resonator and a couple of those panels.

Idea development. 2 different Slat Resonators. I was thinking in covering the lowest part of the walls with armstrong panels, maybe with some backing fiberglass. A couple of bass traps in the ceiling-wall corners. I'm posting various views of the plan.
