I didn't get a response to my other post - no biggie I had the measurements off by a few feet. ( http://www.johnlsayers.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=1933 The area is currently framed for two rooms (see other post). The area of the two rooms is: 22 feet 7 inches by 11 feet 7 inches. See below. How would I carve this up if I were to have a small ISO booth for doing voice overs? Thanks for any help.

Check out the garage plan at the SAE. cheers john
John, thanks for the reply. I checked out the garage plans. Are there any measurements for those plans any where? Garage plan two looks like it would be better for this space but with the window and the door where they are, perhaps a variation on plan number one. But with plan one, it doesn't seem that I would have enough front to back space and even with bass traps I would have a lot of buildup. Comments? Thoughts? Thanks for you help dc
Something along these lines. cheers john

Wow! Thank you! :D
this is cool. i am going to be building a room with almost the same dimensions(22''x11''). however, it is in my garage and not my basement, and i have a water heater and furnace in what would be the bottom left hand corner of the diagram that i have to deal with. i would idealy like to use a similar design, but spit the back half of the room where the vocal booth would be. any suggestions?
