Greetings,
I bought a new house last month. The prior owner got the permits, did the rough framing, electric, HVAC and plumbing, as well as having the 4 in 1 inspection for the basement.
There are two rooms without drywall in the back corner of the basement that I plan on using for an ISO room and a control room. I am not sure the best way to lay the control room out. Any help on the best way to setup the control room, as well as any changes I should consider would be great.
