This is my project so far and now need to insulate it

I am using this as my writing room so wont be playing music that loud. I have a studio I will be using for mixing and mastering.
I still need to do the best to the isolation I can for the mosney and have got down to 2 choices
I can get Rockwool that has a 60kg/3 rating or

Knauf version that is 30-36 kg/w rating. The rockwool seems to be a lot cheaper

the Rockwool seems to be a bit cheaper. I guess because it does not have the flexi edge.
