Another try

I'm still trying to figure out what to do with my basement studio design. I think I have it somewhat narrowed down to the below. Yeah- that's similar to what Dave suggested I think?? It's tight - but it could work for you. Is it possible to widen the control room a bit - like 1 foot either side would make a significant difference - how tight can you go to the HVAC unit?? cheers John

Good memory John.. yes thats one of the versions Dave came up with earlier. I've just ran into some trouble with the locations of the HVAC/ducts and such so I had to tweak on a little bit more. I did move the wall over per your suggestion just about as close as I can now to the HVAC. There is a return pipe coming in that I have now shown in the pic. What are your thoughts? Any better or should I be barking up another tree? Thanks again for all the efforts!! Ron
