Here's a little background... I live in Brooklyn, NY, play several instruments and am currently "Learning" to sing. I stress Learning because as any good singer knows, it takes practice. LOTS of practice. Unfortunately, living in Brooklyn, I have a smallish apartment with a music studio set up, and I'm afraid that any day now they're going to knock down my door and pour drano down my throat... In order to stave off the natives, I decided an isolation booth would do the trick. I've checked out WhisperRoom, Gretch-Ken along with others and came to one conclusion. Damn that's expensive... I recently came across this booth from drumperfect though... http://drumperfect.com/vocal_booth.htm Price is reasonable, but I can't find one single review for it online. (And yes, I know how to use google...) If anyone has any experience with this booth, or know someone who has, please let me know. Obviously for my situation I mostly concerned with blocking sound, so how well does it do that? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Also, if you know of any other booths in this price range, please let me know. Thanks for your help!
This is a family owned business. As such, large print reviews may not be easily attainable. http://www.drumperfect.com/htdocs/About.htm Your best bet with this and any purchase you are considering is to ask them directly and see if they can satisfy your concerns. In any event, please read the stickies... Brien
