I've seen a couple mentions of John's "inside out" walls but can't find the original article on them. Can someone give a link to it?

sansa - yes that's the page - the drawing demonstrate how to build inside out walls - seems like you need to read a plan ;)
I still don't see where it says "inside out" wall but thanks for your help. It may help google users and so forth to title the page with that since that seems to be a kind of buzzword that brings people to your site.

Yeah I see the difference. Your site is great but honestly you're a bit rude. If everyone calls it "inside out wall" the page should say "inside out wall".
The Recording manual was written in 1998 - the term "Inside Out walls" wasn't adopted then as that was the first time the concept had been proposed - it was MY concept!
If you want to call me rude then bugger off - if not I can simply ban you from this site which you access, due to my charity, for free!
That's a laugh, for sure! Of all the people here, I'd say John is probably the LEAST rude! (And at the same time, has every right to be the most rude.). Some of the others here (me included) get to be way more rude than John....! I don't recall ever seeing John get rude with anyone... until today. (And I can't say that I blame him for that) - Stuart -Your site is great but honestly you're a bit rude.
I wouldn't call Mr. Sayers statement rude in the least.
Trust me, it's those Americans and the "americanised" Internet that they think was developed just for their use :)
