I live in New York state...I don't have the exact room dimensions down yet just rough estimates but I do have a layout of how the setup will look like if that'll help at all.

As promised, here is an official sound test for WhisperClips. 2" x 4" framing, insulated walls, double layer 5/8" on each side of the wall, staggered clip layout.
