Acoustic treatment for VO booth

Post by 1destiny »

We recently moved to a new studio and I recycled some 703 baffles I had covered in Gilford of Maine fabric for use in our new VO booth, which was WAY to live. I needed to change the color to match the new room so I just wrapped over the maroon fabric (Gilford) with blue fabric (also Gilford). Does anyone know if this may be affecting the absorption by the 703? Thanks for your help!

Mike,

I'm sure it's fine. Even if you added 12 layers of fabric, all that would do is make the panels absorb a little more.
