Need Some Help guys/Gals

I'm currently building a home recording studio in my garage i need to know where i can get some Neoprene so i can use for the window.
some of the products i'm using are
USG SAFB Insulation
RC-1 all over the room
USG Acoustical Sealant
one 1/2" thick tempered glass
one 3/8" thick tempered glass
and OC 703 pannels.
i remember a while back i found a link that sold neoprene for Studio Control windows but i cant find it.
can anyone help me please

Where are you?

Several machine millwright companies around Hamilton carry it as normal stock, but does that help you?

I'm In Riverside CA.
so anywhere in between Los Angeles and Riverside would be fine.
