i hope this is clear. i dont know how to figure out the degrees.
my dimensions are L-17' W-23' H-9'
i plan on having all the right absorbers and diffusers im just wondering about the angles.
im looking for a live sound in the live room (hehe), kind of like the sound steve albini gets. basically im saying id like it as live as i can get it, but i also need it clear. i record bands live (meaning all at the same time) with no gobos, and full blast. so i definitely need it controled.
ill have hardwood floors and i plan on having clouds on the ceiling.

i would assume low frequency is bass traps right?
whats full range exactly?
Low frequency traps are absorbers designed to function in the bass range only. Most designs presented as bass traps are actually full range traps, tuned fro just bas frequencies.
Full range traps are, well, traps designed to work the full range of musical frequencies, not tuned for a range.
right on. thanks. i forgot about that diagram.
so ive read on here and other places on how to build different absorbers which one of those would be what i want as far as a bass trap, and an all frequency absorber? im sorry if im asking alot. ive read and read, so im familiar with a lot but as i read more i forget what i read in the past, basically my head is full with alot of stuff.
Reread the recording manual on absorbers. My recommendation is to go with full range absorbers. Something like 4" of insulation or thicker om pretty looking panels.
