I've been lurking here and finally have a question (first of many).
In my search for small steel doors, I've run across some marine doors. These seem ideally suited to studio use, water-tight, heavy duty.
Like this one...

Anyone ever used a door like this? What do you all think?

I suppose that could be MADE to work, but its really for a different application. I mean, what are you going to do .... weld it in place?
And you don't get water tightness or sound isolation without locking down the dogs. (The latches) I'd hate to have to unlatch one if there were a fire.
just my thoughts.....
