how to power up soffit mounted event 20/20 bas

The power switches for the event 20/20 bas are on the back of the monitors . Will I have to wire some switches in the front of the soffit somewhere?

Can't you just plug them into a switched outlet? At the simplest, a power bar with an on/off switch.
