Drum Booth Questions

Hey fellas, I was looking around and found the drum booth John had designed for Left Bank Studios was pretty close to the drum booth I have now (11' x 6') and was wondering what I could do to:

1) Make the room sound more live in most cases.

2) Have the option of being tight, for those punchy rock'n roll drummers (pesky fellas ). I was thinking a gobo or two to cover various parts of the wall, but what do I know??

well if you look at Left Bank you'll see that you can be in th main room, which you called the drum room, but they call the piano room but you could also set your drums up in the entrance room which I designed as a layaround area for musos with TV etc but ended up as a another live space, plus you could setup in the smaller booth on the other side and get the tight sound that room gives.....it's all a matter of choice I suppose.
