The ceilings will be done with 2' x 4' 2" 703 fabric covered whith about a 4" airspace above.
I would like to make a high absorption and a low absorption area in the studio.
The rear of the control room is a combination of panel absorber with hangers in front that should absorb down to about 50hz (I hope).
The space in front of the control room will be used for Darts and a vocal booth (that done in order of importance).
The polys and corner absorbers in the studio are just kind of thrown in to make the drawing look more exciting.
The floors will be vinyl (maybe fake looking wood). No floating floors, isolation is important, but not that important.
My questions
1. Do you like the rear wall of the control room or would I be better served by doing hangers in the corner with a triangular panel trap in the back center to also act as a diffuser?
2. For the ceiling, do I cover with drywall on resiliant channel with insulation in the spaces between joists and do drop ceiling with the 703 beneath?
3. Any other suggestions are welcome and encouraged.
Thanks
