most of the approach i agree with. the u-boat bits on floating the floor (or even floating the floor for that matter - esp if you have a earth-damped floor already) - i second guess... but a lot of the expected principles to be used are articulated nicely.

mainly cost. lining an entire room with MLV can be more than using GG.
