For the wall panels, I'm just going to staple the fabric but I also built a bass trap across the entire back knee wall just short enough to stretch Guilford of Maine fabric across the entire back width.

I've done high end commercial AV for a lot of years and have had to remove, install and adjust. I'm no pro at fabric walls but have at least dealt with them quite a bit. Any good suggestions for sourcing small quantity of easy to work with clips?
