New Studio in Le Havre - France

Post by DOCTEUR »

Hi, my name is Eric.
I would like to build a recording studio in a barn whose 3D plan (Skp) is attached.
I am obliged to respect the existing structure of the building that is to say the interior walls and the window between the most left parts.
The right room on the same level, has the entrance, the WC a mini kitchen and a staircase leading to the second floor.
This same floor is an open space of about 100m2 in which I also plan to make recordings of live bands.
Small precision: there are differences in ground heights between the three parts (Home at floor level, central room at -0.365m and left room at -0.565m)
The SKP files has two additional layers named "idea 1" and "idea 2".
Idea 1: a large control room in the central room with two small record pieces.
Idea 2: A small control room in the room on the left and a large central room to record a grand piano for example, but I think the control room is, in this case a little small. And a vocal booth.
I am interested in all possible ideas because my problem is that this building has many badly placed doors but necessary for a public institution in France.
Looking forward to reading you,
Regards,
Eric

It appears that you've made the mistake most people do. You started building without consulting this forum.
