Wood Floor vs Carpet

How thick should my walls be, should I float my floors (and if so, how), why is two leaf mass-air-mass design important, etc.

Wood Floor vs Carpet

Post by WAVEFACTOR »

Almost completed building a 12' x 24' recording studio with 10' ceiling in North Carolina. The entire room will be used for recording & mixing. Besides the guitar, I will be recording an electric drumkit, the bass & keys directly to the board. Should I install a wood floor or carpet or does it really matter since I am recording this way?

Hello,

I will suggest wood flooring because the wood flooring is less time consuming while installation rather than carpet...it is easy to clean & looks beautiful.
Thanks...

And I would suggest that you get banned, and permanently blocked form the forum...
