Will this work for ventilation in my studio?

I am currently renovating an existing building into a recording studio and trying to figure out how to get some fresh air into the spaces as well as removing stale air from the rooms. I have a VERY small budget and have found some 5" in-line fans that I am hoping will move an adequate amount of air.

I should have enough budget to have an individual fan for each inlet/outlet which should help them perform better.
