cost analysis?

ok, who has built a studio and how much did it cost to build? i relize that the cost will vary a bit based on where you are and how crazy you get with it, but i figure with enough replies i might be able to get an "idea". how much cost/sq. ft.? please specify what you include in the cost...building shell, interior, both....im not talkin gear or furniture. please DO include location, size/ shape....

.....i do plan on doing my own cost analysis when i build....

well mine only cost me $2500. Dual floated floors and everything. teratments too.
