I was looking at the spreadsheet data and I believe he solved for the inside of the resonator at the termanis of the port. Since helmholts resonators are about producing output at 180* out of phase at a given frequency, the curve should reflect the sum of the resonator output and the exciting sound. As in: The amplitude begins to rise then falls below ambient at 180* then returns to ambient.
