Hey Johnny baby...........

Do you have any rough cost per square foot in us$ for the creation of a "space within a space"?
this as I cannot possibly figure out how much it would be if I don't do all the work myself

The formula reads....3x as much as you have...per sq. ft

Michael is DIY'ing most of his studio with a few exceptions - if you want a turnkey version in Calif, I'd estimate somewhere between $125 and $200 per square foot. I made some comments in that thread as to why. (custom Bubinga wood paneling not included

)
