While I haven't found the space for me yet, I feel I am getting making progress. I am looking for warehouse space to convert into a studio, approximately 1500 square feet.

I would like recommendations for studio design consultants in the San Fransisco Bay area. Once i've identified space that i think wil meet my needs and budget, I want to hire someone on an hourly basis to examine the space with me and advise me on whether or not the space is suitable for my purposes. Before I sign the lease- to prevent me from making a big mistake, of course.

Try Arthur Yeap from Novo group.

Shoot me a PM, and I'll get you his contact info. . . don't want to post his cell number all over the internet.
