So, from your comments, it sounds like you already built the walls?

Good news, i build nothing until now.

I start to empty the rooms, and remove the old floor at the weekend.
I want to order all building materials (Steel studs, drywall, insulation, screws .........) this week,with delivery date at first dezember week.
until now im at about 3700,- euro inkl. delivery for the big parts inkl floorfinish treatment and all cabels and connectors. hope to end with about 9000,- .

Construction day 1

Today a had alot of hard one man work.
I removed the old floor which was floated on about 60 car tires, and dragged all the tires alon to the trash dumpster ond floor deeper

I also checked the given wallstructure.
its a one stud, 2 leaf wall, with 2 sheats of 12,5mm gypsumboard on each side
So i have no problem to remove one side.

I will starting breakdown one wall and remove one leaf at the other walls at monday.
So i will start construction at first dezember week.
last chance to give input about the layout. i'm still not shure if this layout is the best for the room and my budget....

Construction day 2

It was a short day for work.
I'd just cut the wood for 2 silenceboxes of the ventilation system, and the wood for the speaker soffits.
Since i know that to dispose old wood and gypsumboard is more expensive than buy it in new condition, i try to use as much of the old material as possibile.
Tomorrow i will cut the wood for some backwall diffusors .
Maybee it's possible to move this thread to the construction forum!?

Alot of progress today!!!!!!!
The office in one of my new rooms moved yesterday so i get down the first wall today.
And there are another good news
The renter present me some extraspace for the studio, so i can go with 1 controlroom, 1 liveroom, and 1 vocalbooth/storage combination.
And there are also some bad news.
My Mobile Phone was broken while we get down the wall

Any coments on this plan?

I had to modifi the layout a litlebit for the reason, that building regulations oblige 2 emergency exit ways
One of these exit's can be a window, so the new layout look like this:

It's looking good, Mika! Your "vocal booth / storage" area only has one leaf to the outside, but I guess there isn't enough room there to do an inner leaf?

The Vocalbooth/Storage will have a second leef, becuas ONLY in this area i dont touch the existing on stud 2 feaf wall.
All the other estill existing walls will be modified (thaks again for your previous tips) to one leaf, to have a 2 stud, 2 leaf wall for them at all.

Inner door's will be "selfmade door's" to get required isolation, without exceed the overall budget.

Only the mainentrance and the emergency exit door will be a fireresistant "T30" door.

I know it is not much interesting in the moment, but the demolition of existing walls continued today.
12 hours of work alone can be very strenuous!
i hope to finish dismantling end of the week, and start to get up the new walls at monday.

Hi Forum
Today i had alot of progress.
Old walls are completely down
Also the inner leaf from the existing walls to the room next door are down.

The room and the rest of the building was cleaned up by myself ( 5 hours of brushing,mopping and hoovered)

After cleaning ,i started to mark the positions for the new walls, to get a better feel of the dimensions.

Tomorrow i will sort the electronic wires and clean again.

I hope that the orderd building material will be delivered at monday.

Today was one of the hardest days in my life!!!
I started working at the studio at 5:00 in the morning and end at 20:00 in the evening
Today the Building Materials like Rockwool, the Steelstuds; the wood for the floor and the gysumboard arrived.
Because i'm a lucky guy the elevator was to small to get the pallets inside, so i had to bring all the studs and the Rockwool by hand and alone to the first floor
My back hurts, im i'm total tired.

Tomorrow i have to bring the 25mm 625mm X 2,6m Gypsumboard to the first floor,
but my borther comes to help me
I also started with frameing today so here are some new pictures

NO!!!!!!!!
i get down the inner leaf from the existing walls last week, to not have 3 leafs!!!!!
look at the Photos.
The walls with the windows inside are just a reinforced concretewall (1 leaf).
