Question for John abou Flying Fox studio

Hi John. Can't tell from the pics but does this place have ventilation? Also do you have a floor size for the overall area?

I'm 25' x 9' with no intention for AC/Airvac. out of my price range.

Optimisticaly I hope every time the drumer comes into the control oom he'll be a breath of fresh air. LOL
