Speaker/Line/Instrument on one jack only

I intend to install only one jack (1/4) from my control room to studio with a speaker wire, a line level wire and an instrument wire at the same time
so I might sometimes use one of these kind of signal. Can I do that?

Juan, look at your other post with the exact same question - it's much easier for us mods when you just "bump" a thread rather than duplicating it... Steve
