Beautiful clouds. Anyone have a design?

Hi there do it yourself studio builders. I have been working day and night to finish my studio. If I knew it would take this long, I would have started it before I built my wife a barn this summer. Any how, I still have a little bit of flutter and I know that it's from the ceiling. I was only able to angle the ceiling in the control room ( actually I got lazy) So I am wondering if anyone has any advice on building clouds ? Do those panels that Ethan Winer sells work or are there better alternatives ? The concept of broad band absorption sounds good. I have included bass traps in the corners and some neat angled walls ( mostly panel resonators ) The clouds should be the final touch. Thanks in advance

check this studio out...on the "update 4" page scroll down to the "live room" picture and check out his clouds...they look pretty nice, and it tells you what they're made of too..(703/fabric)

I just made one.

I had a 2'x4' piece of mineral wool leftover from my gobo so I decided to wrap it in cloth, and "float" it. I ended up putting a 1/4" plywood backing on it to make it more rigid with some eye screws to hang.

It seems to work well, but I really have nothing to compare it too. One thing to add though... This 4" mineral wool that I used is ALOT heavier than I thought is was going to be. That cloud I just described probably weighs 25#, not to mention the gobo has got to be 150-200#.
