AC reversed polarity influence

Is there any influence or loss of quality of having some electrical hot-neutral inversion at some places in the studio.

No loss of quality... but with the neutral being bonded to ground at some point in the building (north american code) having hot and neutral reversed can be potentially DANGEROUS.
