I've attached plans to my studio below. It used to be my husband's workshop. The walls are already sheetrocked except for the middle wall, which has not been built yet. We would like to run all wire through the middle wall dividing the control and live room if possible. If we have to run through the existing walls we will.
I currently have an Mbox 2 (Pro Tools) but I am purchasing a Digi003. I want to put 10 XLR jacks & 6 quarter-inch jacks in my live room for the eventual upgrade to an HD system. I need to purchase a patchbay (any suggestions on type? and wall plates? as well as wiring).
I would appreciate any wiring suggestions. Types of wire to run? Where?
