How thick should my walls be, should I float my floors (and if so, how), why is two leaf mass-air-mass design important, etc.

Hi,

I'm getting ready to start converting a 17x17' bedroom into a soundproof studio w/ booth. Any referrals for a experienced studio builder?

Thanks,

Baba :D

Steve is from CA, I think SF. He could prob recommend some to do a god job for you. Otherwise I would recommend STEVE to do it. :)

Sorry Ron, if I'm the Steve you're talking about you probably got me and Thomas Barefoot switched, he's in SF. I'm in Oregon, about 90 miles south of Portland.

Any members in the L.A. area who've finished their "goody bins" interested in helping? Steve
