Flush mounting Tannoy Ellipse 8's?

Do you think its possible to soffit mount these? I'm thinking of upgrading to the Ellipse 8's.

I was thinking of buying the Mackie HR824's but i had a listen and they have far too much low end for my liking. The Tannoy's seem much more balanced.

My budget is £1000 for the pair so if anyone has any other suggestions then please post them. I'm upgrading from my Behringer B2031A's!

I don't see how it could be done with that shape - these are more "wide dispersion" types, ala Dave Moulton and pals - check out
