Aloha, Happy New Year, and welcome to the forum! :D

A few of us here have used Guilford of Maine - FR701/2100 Series

Hope this helps,

thanks for replying,

I went throug the links, and concluded that this kind of fabric is really expensive, guilford of maine doesn´t have white color :( , and i want white.
I also cheked the Sound Suede stuff, i fall in love with the apearence, the thing looks really good, but its even more expensive.

I was wondering if there´s another (cheaper) solution with "standard" fabrics that i can buy from local stores.
or i have to go with the specific acustic brands?

White dyed burlap looks great, works well, and is dirt cheap. What more could you ask for? :)

thanks Ethan great idea i think i´m going to try that one
can i go with some acrilic paint over the burlap ( like painting on canvas )?
or have to be dyed with some specific product?

thanks again

Paint might be okay for bass traps, but not when you need to absorb mids and highs. Note that burlap is available dyed in many colors, so just pick a color you like so you don't have to do anything further. You said you prefer white, so that's why I suggested white!

You´re right, paint is not a good idea, tomorrow I´m going to look for that dyed burlap.

Also i am finishing the drawings for the control room, I would like to share them with you to get some feedback/advices about it.

I will post them very soon.

many thanks once again.
