Can somebody help me how to design and build the acoustic hangers to absorb low frequencies? I saw them on the pictures of studio construction but I can't find any information about calculating and construction.
Thank you very much.
How to build "hangers"?

Wrom sourging this site I have found there are no exact calculations. Harngers are sided with either dacron ( sofa stuffing) or fluffy insulation (r-11 to r-13). Humg by bunjies, rope, chain, galvanized plumber's tape or other suitable method.
From what I can see, they are best suited for areas near speaker soffits or in a fake ceiling. I have seen various opinoins about inner stiff material from linoleum to 3/4" MDF. John Sayers prefers soundboard, in the US i think it's a celotex product.
-There is so much info here on them, search function is your friend.
