Plans and things, layout, style, where do I put my near-fields etc.

Hi John,

Have yo designed any mastering studios that are being used for only mastering. Or any studio design that is being used as both a control room and a mastering room.

No - not specifically for mastering - but Bruce blue bear reckons he'll be mastering in his new room :)

cool. I'll look at the setup again.

I plan to do Mastering also. maybe I can side the console back a little from the front wall....more to the middle of the room???? :?: :?: when doing mastering.

I suppose it really depends on what monitoring system you are going to use, free standing or soffit mounted.

Hi i designed my room for mastering but i havnt got round to testing it.

im still waiting for gear to arrive (mmmmmm tube eq)

ive only finished it recently.
actually ill send john pics now as i see no updates latley and hopefully hell post them.

what speakers you looking at
