Best layout?

I have space I rent and use for my studio. It's next door to the house, seperate from any other buildings, and have very cool neighbors.

Pictures of it in caos are on my site (see below.) I also have a couple TurboCad LE drawings available for review.

Note: The window wall & drum kit locations are not really changable, but I don't think this is a problem.

Any & all input is appreciated.
