where is the best place to buy materials in UK

I am shortly relocating to a 750sq foot industrial unit. At present it's a big empty high shell. I need to build room(s) within a room type thing from timber-stud/drywall. Every builders merchant I contact tries to sell me loft insulation. But any 'studio' supplier wants an extrortion amount for Rockwool. I need it in large quantities - and the right stuff.... HELP!

Any help welcomed...... anyone else in the UK found a good supplier?

Try out Buildbase, we've managed to get some big discounts from these guys whilst building our new place.

BTW I saw Mark from The Caravans in your gallery, the guys recorded their last 3 albums at our place
