After a week of digging around in regedit, I finally have a clean laptop - 70 wasted hours compliments of CWSIEfeats - anyone knows who started this atrocity, please let me know their address; they WILL die, along with all their family, friends, kids, dogs, and parakeet
My desktop system still won't install Systemworks, or even just the AV part; started about 2 weeks ago when Live update kept locking up about 30% of the way through, has now evolved to buying a full version of XP PRO and my (now) two favorite commands, Format and Fdisk
Bottom line - IF YOU STILL WANT MY INPUT ON ANYTHING, PLEASE 'BUMP' YOUR THREAD; THAT WILL PUT YOU ABOVE THIS POST SO I'LL KNOW.
