Newb. How to test your live room

Is there any easy way to test your live room to see where you may need improovement in acoustics?

I have good ears, why i am in the biz

but i feel the below 100 hertz are getting through my walls and i would like to "trap" or defuse the bbbbbaasss.

Any suggestions.

Are you asking about treating the room so that it sounds better? Or are you asking about isolation so that sound doesn't escape the room?
