Hi i have recently aquired some money. $5000 to be exact

And i wanted to treat my room. its about a medium sized room.

i was thinking of getting this.

tell me what you guys think. i am willing to spend like 1000 - 1500 $$$ on room treatment.

That is a pretty nice setup but you can definately get better for your price range. Id work on bass traps and standard studio acoustics. Do a few searches on the forum and you can find what you need.
