people may have been looking for whats commonly referred to in the US as owens corning 703 fibre glass in the UK.

You can also get everything you need from semi-rigid mineral wool to acoustic door seals, fabrics, doors, acoustic foams, soundproofing materials, neoprene etc. etc.
